Below are simple, step‑by‑step instructions for every device.

How to Install on Your Device

Android (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Edge)

Method 1: Using the Install Banner

If you see a banner at the bottom or top of the screen saying “Install App” or “Add Anti‑Pants to Home Screen”:

1. Tap Install
2. Confirm
3. The app will appear on your home screen immediately

Method 2: Manual Install

1. Open Chrome (or Samsung Internet / Edge)
2. Visit antipants.co.za
3. Tap the three dots menu (top‑right)
4. Select Install App or Add to Home Screen
5. Confirm

iPhone & iPad (Safari)

Apple requires installation through Safari only.

1. Open Safari
2. Go to antipants.co.za
3. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow)
4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
5. Tap Add in the top‑right

The Anti‑Pants icon will now appear on your home screen like a normal app.

Windows PC

1. Open Chrome or Edge
2. Visit antipants.co.za
3. Look for the Install App icon in the address bar
   • Chrome: a small computer‑with‑arrow icon
   • Edge: a small app‑window icon
4. Click Install
5. The app opens in its own window and can be pinned to your taskbar or Start Menu

Mac (Safari, Chrome, Edge)

Safari

Safari does not support PWA installation.

Chrome / Edge

1. Open Chrome or Edge
2. Visit antipants.co.za
3. Click the Install App icon in the address bar
4. Confirm

Troubleshooting

I don’t see the Install button

Try:

• Refreshing the page
• Visiting the homepage
• Using Chrome or Safari (depending on device)
• Clearing your browser cache

The app didn’t appear on my home screen

• On Android: check your app drawer
• On iPhone: check the last home‑screen page
• Ensure you tapped Add during installation

Uninstalling the App

Android

• Long‑press the icon → Uninstall

iPhone

• Long‑press the icon → Remove App

Desktop

• Open the app window → Settings → Uninstall
